Before you make a purchase at any Exclusive Books, first present your card at the tillpoint, where it will be scanned in so that your purchase goes onto our records and you will accumulate Fanatics Points.Every quarter you'll receive a Fanatics Points statement and for every 400 points,you'll receive a free R20 Fanatics Reward Voucher! |

- Membership is open to all Exclusive Books customers but excludes members of staff.
- Only goods purchased at the full or indicated retail price qualify for Fanatics Points. Purchases of gift vouchers do not qualify for points.
- IMPORTANT! To earn your Fanatics Points you must present your card before your purchase has been rung up at the till. Fanatics Points cannot be claimed after a purchase has been rung up.
- At the end of each quarter, members who have accumulated 400 points or more will recieve a Fanatics Reward Voucher.
- One point is earned for each Rand spent. Rewards are paid out in denominations of R20.
- Points that fall between the reward voucher denominations will be carried over to the next quarter.
- Fanatics members who do not accumulate 400 points in a quarter will have their points carried forward to the next quarter.
- Reward vouchers can be redeemed only when presented with a Fanatics Card bearing the same membership number.
- Reward vouchers can be redeemed against any purchases at Exclusive Books and are valid until their expiry dates. They are not exchangeable for cash or Exclusive Books gift vouchers and no change will be given on redemption of the voucher.
- A lost card will be replaced on completion of a lost card form - for a handling fee of R10.
- Exclusive Books reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Fanatics Club programme or to terminate the programme or any membership at any time,without notice.
